The study aimed to identify the reality of school principals' use of technological innovations from their point of view in the Mafraq District. The analytical descriptive approach was used. The study sample consisted of (350) male and female principals, who were chosen randomly. The validity of the content of the study tool was verified by presenting it in its initial form to a number of arbitrators with experience and competence specialized in Jordanian universities, and verifying the stability of the tool by calculating the Cronbach alpha equation. The results of the study concluded that the reality of the use of technological innovations by school principals from their point of view in the Mafraq District came to a medium degree, and the results of the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences due to the effect of gender. There are statistically significant differences due to the impact of the academic qualification and in favor of the PhD. (Published abstract)
