تجربة التحول إلى التعليم عن بعد في التعليم العام إثر جائحة كورونا (covid19) من وجهة نظر الطلاب
This study aims to know how the transition to online education during the Corona pandemic (Covid-19) on public schools for the second semester of the academic year (2019/2020) was from the students' point of view. To achieve the aims of the study, the descriptive survey method and the questionnaire tool were used to collect data. The study population consisted of male and female students from the public education in the Riyadh region, while the study sample was represented by a random sample of (304) students. The study shows many results, the most important of which was that (97.7%) of the students continued their education after the sudden closure of schools, it is found that one of the most used techniques and tools was the “Eyen channel” on YouTube. In addition, the study found that there are no statistical differences between male and female students during the transition to online learning. Also, the results showed that there are differences between private and government schools in technical support and infrastructure. The results were discussed and a number of recommendations were come out, the most important of which is training students and introduce a workshop to raise the level of their acceptance of online learning and to exploit their digital skills in education. As well as educating parents about online learning and its importance in the future. (Published abstract)
