The current study aims to identify the role of educational care programs in achieving psychological compatibility and social harmony in children with Down syndrome as perceived by educators in Msila (Algeria) in light of variables: achieving self-reliance, achieving social integration, achieving a sense of security and self-esteem. The main results of the study concluded that: The special educational programs applied at the Medical Pedagogical Center for Mentally Retarded Persons of Masculinity have produced results that have a positive and effective effect in achieving psychological and social harmony for children with Down syndrome.
