The study aimed to determine the extent of public education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in raising aspects of moral human personality. The study instrument has been applied over 200 preparatory year students at University of Hail. It has been reached that the public education contributes generally in raising the aspects of human personality from their point of view with a (strong degree) to develop the moral aspect.
