The current research aims to develop effective accountability skills for non-Arabic speakers for special purposes, and to identify the effectiveness of a program in teaching Arabic for special purposes in developing their skills, and the experimental approach was followed, using the quasi-experimental design with one group, and the research group consisted of (11) One of the non-Arabic speaking students at Aleem Center for Teaching Arabic to Non-Arabic Speakers in Cairo. The researchers used the list of effective accountability skills to be developed, the teacher's guide and the student's book according to a program in teaching Arabic for special purposes, and the effective accountability skills scale. The results resulted in the presence of a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the students of the research group in the post application of the effective accountability skills scale and the skills included in it, and a significant impact and effectiveness of using a program in teaching Arabic for special purposes. A set of recommendations and suggestions related to the research results were presented. (Published abstract)
