The aim of the research is to determine the impact of a proposed unit of activities in Geography based on virtual tours using Google applications to develop the natural geographical concepts and visual thinking of the kindergarten child and its impact on the development of digital skills for him. Using some Google applications (Google Earth, Google Map and Virtual Street View) for the kindergarten child, the two researchers prepared an illustrated electronic physical geographic concepts test, a graphic visual-geographical thinking skills test, a note card for the digital skills necessary for virtual wandering using some Google applications for kindergarten children, the suggested Activites unit and a guide for the proposed activities unit in Geography, and the research sample consisted of (44) boys and girls from Fathy Amin Tantawi Kindergarten in the city of Sedfa, Assiut Governorate. For a kindergarten child, there is also a relationship Positive, statistically significant correlation between the scores of the children of the experimental group in the post application of the electronic photographic physical geographic concepts test and the photographic geographical visual thinking skills test.
