The study sought to know the role of the administrative creativity of academic leaders in the development of intellectual capital from the point of view of the faculty members at Qassim University. Qassim were chosen by simple random method. The study reached some results, including: that academic leaders practice administrative creativity to a large degree, and the level of intellectual capital development of academic leaders came to a large degree, and that there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of administrative creativity practice due to the difference of gender and years of experience, and there are no significant differences in the degree of administrative creativity. Statistical significance at the .0.01 confidence level refers to the academic degree with regard to the dimensions of originality and acceptance of risk, and there are differences in the total degree and after the flexibility. As for after intellectual fluency, the differences were statistically significant at a confidence level of .0.5, and there are no statistically significant differences in the level of confidence. The development of intellectual capital with regard to the total degree and dimensions (industry, activation and preservation of intellectual capital) is due to the difference in sex, and there are statistically significant differences regarding the dimension of attracting intellectual capital in favor of females, and there are no statistically significant differences due to the different years of experience, and there is no Statistically significant differences with regard to the dimension of preserving intellectual capital due to the difference in the academic degree, and there are statistically significant differences at the level of confidence of .0.5 with regard to the total degree and dimensions (attraction, industry, the activation of intellectual capital) is due to the difference in the degree of education, and the results of the study revealed the positive role of the degree of practicing administrative creativity of academic leaders at Qassim University in the development of intellectual capital.
