The aim of the study is to know the degree of practice of educational leaders in Jordan schools for visual management from the point of view of teachers and in order to achieve the objectives of the study was used the survey curriculum was used to suit the nature of this study, where a questionnaire distributed to a sample formed from (350) teachers of secondary school teachers in Zarqa governorate was used, and the results of the study showed that the degree of practice of educational leaders in Jordan schools of visual management from the point of view of the sample of the study in general came to a high degree, and in light of the results of the study the study recommended that the Ministry of Education hold courses, conferences and workshops to promote visual management and its importance is specifically aimed at school principals.
