The study aimed to reveal the degree of education and education, has helped education and education, and considering data, information and information for education and training. As the study population consisted of thirty female principals, and the study sample consisted of twenty female principals. These results were obtained from the results of the study, where the results of the study reached one meeting in a high city with an average of (4.66). The results of the study also showed that there were no clear statistically significant differences at the significance level (a=0.05) for each of the variables, educational qualification and age. In light of the results, the study recommends and contemplates holding educational and awareness sessions and workshops for the administrative and educational body to raise and enhance the degree of social intelligence in public schools, which is reflected in better job performance. Therefore, there is a need to give schools the greatest opportunity of attention and appreciation, to be reflected in all schools of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for the better.
