آفاق التحالف الاستراتيجي البحثي بين الجامعات اليمنية ومؤسسات سوق العمل
This study aimed at identifying prospects for the strategic research alliance between Yemeni universities and labor market institutions. The researcher has used the descriptive method, with its survey and analytical approaches. The study consisted of (39) experts, who were chosen purposefully for data collection, a questionnaire was used. It was applied through the modified Delphi rounds. The researcher has used statistical methods, including: Cronbach's alpha, frequencies, weighted mean, and weight percentile. The study has reached a number of results, the most important of which are: there is isolation in the formation of research relationship between Yemeni universities and labor market institutions. And there is a future aspiration towards building a strategic research alliance between the two parties according to indicators of studies, research and theoretical reports. In addition to emphasizing the great future importance of constructing a research alliance between the two parties, according to a survey of the opinions of academic experts and practitioners for all items of the questionnaire dimensions. The research has concluded by presenting a number of alternatives to priorities of importance of expected future research between the two parties during the next ten years for the period (2023-2032).
