This study revolves around the relevance of achieving school management level and general education teachers' job burnout in Unaizah governorate. As a result, the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach, which depends on describing and evaluating the extent of the school management's objectives and job burnout's relationship have been achieved, so that the study community consists of male and female teachers in public education schools in Unaizah Governorate, and the final sample size reached (150) male and female teachers. The researcher relied on a questionnaire she created to assess the extent to which school management objectives in public education were met. Also, she used the Maslach psychological burnout scale. According to the study's findings, there is a link between job burnout and school management goals. The relevance was then measured using Pearson's coefficient of simple linear correlation, which value (0234) indicates that refers to a weakness between study variables relationship and the findings of the second hypothesis showed the same statistical result when applying the Pearson correlation coefficient; which indicates a weak relationship between the two variables also.
