The aim of the current research is to evaluate the programs for preparing Islamic education female teachers in general education during the service in Taif governorate from the point of view of female teachers and educational supervisors, and to find out whether there are differences between their responses in evaluating those programs due to their academic qualifications, and their years of experience. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher relied on the comparative descriptive approach, which included a sample of Islamic education teachers and supervisors in the Taif governorate, whose number was (206) female teachers and (46) educational supervisors, and a questionnaire was applied to them to collect information. The results of the research concluded that the degree of availability of training program standards from the teachers’ point of view ranged between high for the axes: (the objectives of the training program, its content, methods and activities, and evaluation), and medium for the rest of the axes, while it ranged from the point of view of the educational supervisors between high for the axes: (Training program objectives, planning, training environment, content, personal skills of trainers), and very high for the rest of the axes. The results of the research also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of the female teachers in the following axes: (the objectives of the training program, planning, and evaluation) due to the variable of academic qualification, while there were statistically significant differences between their responses in the rest of the axes in favor of qualified female teachers (Bachelor with educational preparation). The differences appeared for the axes (the content of the training program, the personal skills of the trainer, and the evaluation) due to the years of experience in favor of the female teachers with years of experience (from 5 years to 10 years), while the rest of the axes were differences in favor of the female teachers with years of experience (10 years or more).
