This study aimed to identify the attitudes of male and female teachers about the effectiveness of educational supervision in the Arabic language at Al-Farir secondary school in Jerusalem. The study was conducted on a sample of 50 male and female teachers, and this study was applied during the first semester of the year 2021-2022, and the data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program, and the study resulted in the following results: The degree of teachers’ attitudes And the female teachers towards the effectiveness of educational supervision in the Arabic language in Al-Farir Secondary School were great, as the arithmetic mean of this degree was on the total degree of the study scale (3.90),and there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of teachers' attitudes towards the effectiveness of educational supervision in the Arabic language at Al-Farir secondary school due to the variable of academic qualification, experience, and job.
