This study aims to reveal the role of school management in promoting the national affiliations of high school students and its relationship to their community participation. In addition to that, it aims to reveal whether there are statistically significant differences or not in the responses of the sample members according to the following variables: (gender, the branch of study and school district). The researcher used a descriptive and analytical approach in describing the phenomenon in question. The study population is of the eleventh grade's students in high schools in the southern provinces of Palestine, totaling (17095) students in the academic year (2020/2021 A.D). To achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher prepared a 57-item questionnaire divided into two domains. The first domain: The National affiliation with four main areas (national loyalty, national pride, and the Palestinian identity, commitment). The second domain: community participation. The researcher also applied the questionnaire to the actual study sample, which consisted of 398 students. Then He/she analyzed the responses of the sample members using the Statical Package for Social Studies (SPSS) program. The study produced the following results: 1) The relative weight of the area of " National Affiliation" is 79.92% which is considered a "high" level. 2) The arithmetic average for community participation is (3.39), and the relative weight is (67.81%) which is the average level. 3) There are no differences in the average response of the respondents related to the National Affiliation of high school students according to the variable of gender except for (national loyalty and national pride) and there are differences in favor of males. 4) There are differences in the respondents' average response related to the national affiliation of high school students according to the variable of the branch of study on all dimensions in favor of the Literary section. 5) There are differences in the respondents' average response related to the National Affiliation of high school students according to the variable of province. 6) There is a direct correlation of statistical significance at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) between the role of school management in promoting the national affiliation and community participation among high school students. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the following: 1) conducting a set of simplified political practices in school, such as holding elections within classrooms and elections for student unions; in order to provide the appropriate environment for the political upbringing and to consolidate the National Affiliation of students. 2) The need of spreading the culture of volunteering work in the Palestinian society, raising students' motivations towards such work, and establishing joint voluntary projects with civil society institutions.
