دور الإدارة المدرسية في تعزيز الأدوار المتجددة للمعلمين بمدارس الحكومة بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين في ظل التطور التكنولوجي وسبل تفعيله



The study aimed to reveal the role of the school administration in promoting the renewed roles of teachers in government schools in the southern governorates of Palestine, and to reveal the presence of statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample's assessment of the role of the school administration in promoting the renewed roles of teachers in government schools in the southern governorates of Palestine in light of technological development. According to the variables of the study (gender, educational stage, years of service), and to identify the proposed ways to activate this role, and in the light of the nature of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study tool consisted of one questionnaire: to measure the role of the school administration in promoting the renewed roles of teachers, which consist of (41) paragraphs divided into (4) areas. The study population consists of all government school teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine, whose number is (6632) male and female teachers. A simple random sample was selected from the study population, which amounted to (400) male and female teachers. The study reached the following results: 1) The role of the school administration in promoting the renewed roles of teachers in government schools in the southern governorates of Palestine came with a medium degree and a relative weight of (56.3%). 2) There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of teachers' evaluation of the role of the school administration in enhancing teachers' renewed roles due to the variables of gender and the educational stage, with the exception of the teacher's role as an assessor in the educational process, so there were statistically significant differences in favor of the lower basic stage. 3) There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of teachers' appreciation for the role of the school administration in enhancing teachers' renewed roles due to the years of service variable in favor of teachers whose years of service are less than 10 years. In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended: 1) Creating conditions for the school administration to work on strengthening the renewed roles of teachers in the educational process. 2) Holding training courses for teachers, the contents of which include the renewed roles of teachers in light of technological development, and how to use modern technologies in the teaching and learning processes.
