This study aimed to reveal the job engagement and organizational silence. As well as revealing the relationship between job engagement and organizational silence among the leaders of public boys' schools. To achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive correlational approach and the questionnaire were used. The study population consisted of all school leaders for the three stages which was (463). The sample consisted of (214) leaders. The most important results were that the level of job engagement was (4.12), with a standard deviation (0.97), which are values confirm that the job engagement is available to a large extent. And that the level of organizational silence was (2.48), with a standard deviation (1.18), which are values confirm that it is available at a weak degree. There is no statistically significant correlation between the total degree of job engagement and (acquiescent Silence, defensive silence, the total degree of organizational silence). There is a statistically significant positive correlation at the level (0.01) between the total degree of functional connection and (social silence) among school leaders in Qassim region. The most important recommendations of the study were: the need to support school leaders to keep them away from distractions at work. Clarifying the importance of the circulars received and the confidentiality of their information whenever the need arises. Holding workshops regarding developing the skill of separating private life from work life. Focusing on the quality of leaders who adopt a policy of not being silent because of its impact on the educational process outcomes. (Published abstract)
