This research aimed to investigate the effect of a 3D educational video on improving astronomy concepts for primary science teachers. It also identified the relationship between the difficulty of scientific topics and the teacher’s specialization. In addition, the research studied the relationship between the difficulty of scientific topics and the teacher’s years of teaching experience. The experimental method of semi-experimental design was used for a single group with the pretest and posttest. The sample study consisted of (31) science teachers who randomly selected. The results showed that there was no relationship between the majority of the astronomy concepts, teachers’ specialization and teachers’ experience in teaching science course. However, this study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the means of the pretest and posttest scores before and after teachers watching the 3D educational video about the solar group. The research concluded by making some recommendations and suggestions, including the need to improve the scientific concepts for science teachers regardless of their specializations.
