فاعلية برامج التدريب الإداري وعلاقتها بمستوى القيادة الإبداعية لدى قادة مدارس محافظة القنفذة
The study aimed to identify degree of effectiveness of administrative training programs and their relationship to level of creative leadership of school leaders in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate. To achieve these aims, the relational descriptive approach was used. Also, the online surveying of 286 schools' leaders was used, which consisted 63 sentences distributed on two axes. The first axis is the degree of effectiveness of administrative training programs and contains five areas (planning, organizing, directing, and deciding). The second axis is the level of creative leadership and it contains four areas (flexibility, Sensitivity to problem solving, originality, and fluency). The results showed that the degree of effectiveness of administrative training programs provided to school leaders was high, with mean scores (M = 3.69, SD = 0.67), while the level of creative leadership was high, with mean scores (M = 3.58, SD = 0.71). The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the response of the study sample individuals in both axes of the study due to the study variables, academic qualification in favor of the bachelor's category, years of experience in favor of the category of less than 10 years, the educational stage in favor of the primary school category. The study also indicated an important result, which is the existence of a positive, statistically significant, positive relationship at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the degree of effectiveness of administrative training programs and the level of creative leadership of school leaders. In light of the results, the study recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the emphasis on the need for those in charge of training centers in education departments to pay attention to the specific training provided to school leaders at all levels of education to maintain the degree of effectiveness of these programs and thus increase the level of creative leadership and increase the productive efficiency of the school. Also, the continuous emphasis on the importance of the permanent evaluation of the training programs provided to school leaders and the benefit from the feedback provided by them. (Published abstract)
