النمط القيادي السائد لدى قائدات مدارس محافظة بلجرشي وعلاقته بمستوى الصحة التنظيمية
The study aimed to reveal the relationship between the prevailing leadership style among Baljurashi school leaders and the level of organizational health from the teachers' point of view. The research used the descriptive correlative approach, and the study sample consisted of (265) female teachers, and a questionnaire consisting of (74) item distributed on two axes was used to collect data from the study sample after verifying its validity and reliability. The results showed that the dominant leadership style among school leaders is democratic, with mean of (3.65) and a high degree of practice, followed by the autocratic style, with mean of (2.89) then the chaotic style with mean of (2.81). The results also showed that the level of organizational health in Baljurashi schools was high with mean of (3.66). The results also showed that there is a positive correlation relationship with statistical significance between the leadership style and organizational health, and with a correlation coefficient of (0.582), and a positive correlation relationship between the democratic pattern and organizational health, and a negative correlation between the autocratic, chaotic, and organizational health pattern.
