The current research aimed to identify how to improve the job performance of female leaders in the public secondary school in Suez Governorate, by standing on the theoretical foundations of job performance, identifying the most important scientific determinants of female leadership, revealing the most important features of the public high school in Suez Governorate, and identifying the most important measures proposed to improve the job performance of women leaders in secondary schools in Suez Governorate, and the current research used the descriptive approach and the statistical method in order to achieve its scientific goals and answer its research questions, as the researcher applied a questionnaire to a sample of (255) members of the directors and directors of secondary schools in Suez Governorate, as well as the first teachers and teachers. One of the most prominent results was that some high school principals in Suez governorate need / need training courses in the field of job performance and how to improve it, in addition to the need for some secondary schools in the same governorate to change the perception of women leaders who work in them, such as (Director - Vice President - Parameter 1), and the provision of the appropriate institutional climate encourages women leaders to develop their job performance and those who work in secondary schools in the same governorate, in addition to the scarcity of role models in school work, with the lack of desire to work for some women leaders in some public secondary schools in Suez governorate, affecting their job performance.
