The current research aimed to identify the obstacles to administrative empowerment in the Egyptian school Manager and ways to confront them, by identifying the theoretical foundations of administrative empowerment according to contemporary literature, identifying the most important features of the Egyptian school-in general- at the present time, and revealing the most important roles of the school principal in contemporary administrative thought, and determining the most important measures necessary for the school principal in Egypt to face the obstacles of applying administrative empowerment, and the current research used the descriptive approach and the statistical method in order to achieve its scientific objectives and answer his research questions, and a questionnaire was applied to a sample of (255) members of the principals and directors of secondary schools in the Suez Governorate in addition to the agents and agents, some first teachers and primary teachers, as well as teachers and female teachers, and one of its most prominent results was that some school principals and principals enjoyed a set of administrative skills that help them or help them to adopt administrative empowerment in their schools or schools, and the lack of information exchange between the units of workers in the various schools leads to weakness Administrative empowerment in the same schools, and an effective organizational climate in some schools that encourages the application of administrative empowerment Practically irrigation in these schools.
