معوقات استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني في البرامج الإثرائية للطلبة الموهوبين من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين من الجنسين في منطقة مكة المكرمة
The study aimed is identify the impediments of using e-learning in enrichment programs for gifted students from the point of view of teachers and supervisors in Mecca, in order to achieve this aim, the dimensions of the study instrument were defined, and their items were formulated to be consistent of (2) domains measured by (30) items. The study instrument was conducted purposefully (stratified clusters) on sample of (143) persons. The sample study distribution was as the follow (76) teachers (female and male), (67) supervisors (female and male) worked in schools of Mecca, Jeddah and Al-Ta’if regions. The results of this study revealed that the means were variance between medium and high in “impediments of using e-learning in enrichment programs for gifted students from the point of view of teachers and supervisors” domain the results also indicated the means were between high and medium in “requirements of using e-learning in enrichment programs for gifted students from the point of view of teachers and supervisors” domain the results also indicated there was not any statistical significant variances for gender in the second domain of “requirements of using e-learning in enrichment programs for gifted students from the point of view of teachers and supervisors” while was in favor of male in the first domain of “impediments of using e-learning in enrichment programs for gifted students from the point of view of teachers and supervisors”. The educational qualification in “impediments of using e-learning in enrichment programs for gifted students from the point of view of teachers and supervisors” domain was in favor of diploma, but “requirements of using e-learning in enrichment programs for gifted students from the point of view of teachers and supervisors” domain was in favor of PhD degree. The study results showed with regard to the experience years variable in teaching and supervising were not statistically significant at the level of significance (α=0.05). (Published abstract)
