This study aimed to survey the opinions of faculty members at King Khalid and Najran Universities, on the role of higher education institutions in community service, the challenges they faced, the proposed solutions, and the most prominent future expectations in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. It includes (21) paragraphs divided into three axes, in addition to an open question about the most prominent proposed solutions to face challenges in light of the pandemic. The opinions of a sample consisting of (19) faculty members were surveyed, and the results of the study showed that universities provide training programs to deal with crises (crisis). Corona as a model) and the degree of availability of this is high, while one of the most prominent challenges, which was available to a high degree, was that students suffer from weak communication capabilities in some areas and neighborhoods and came in the first place, with an average approval of 2.89 out of 3.00. The most challenges in light of the Covid 19 pandemic) came in second place, with an average approval of (2.79 out of 3.00). (Published abstract)
