This research aims to recognize the influence of using web 3.0, which based on the theory of communication to develop the skills of cognitive thinking Research group: The research group consisted of 60 students in the 2nd grade in the secondary Al- Azhar Institute in Abar Elwaqf for Boys that followed to Akmim management, Sohag Government. Materials and Methods: materials and research tools include: The student’s book, teacher’s guide cognitive thinking test. Website: The name of the website is “Read”, and the research experiment was applied at the second semester in 2021. The research leads to the following results: - The affectivity of using web 3.0 to develop the cognitive thinking skills as the value of (T) reached to the following arrangements (11.82, 12.05, 12.34, 22.30, 13.45 and 22.74) for the whole test and they are statistic values at the standard of (0.01). Recommendations: 1) Including technological innovations, such as Web 3,0 tools, in the programs of the teachers of Arabic. 2) Creating the content of Arabic courses in a manner that fits information technology using modern strategies.
