The study aimed to identify the extent to which kindergarten leaders practice crisis management (the Covid crisis as a model) in the city of Braidah from the teachers’ Perspective. The most important of them: that the degree of leaders’ practice of crisis management skills (technical, intellectual, cognitive, organizational, communication skill, personal and social) came to a large degree with an average of (3.94), while the most prominent obstacles faced by the leader in crisis management were her work as a transmitter of instructions from the higher management, and the large number of obstacles that faced the leader in crisis management. Paperwork and reports that it disburses on the follow-up of the crisis management team. (Published abstract)
