The study aimed to identify the proficiency level of teachers who are pursuing their higher degree in the College of Education at Umm Alqura University on the comprehensive Education (concept – skills). The study sample consisted of teachers of postgraduate students in the College of Education at Umm Alqura University. A random sample (211) male and female students. And the researcher used a questionnaire consisting of (45) items distributed on two axes. The first contains (22) items, the second contains (23) items to achieve the objectives of the study and analyze the data collected. The results of the study concluded that the proficiency level of Teachers who are pursuing their higher degree in the College of Education at Umm Alqura University on the comprehensive Education is medium. There are no statistically significant differences (at the level 0.05) between the respondents' averages about the proficiency level of teachers who are pursuing their higher degree in the College of Education at Umm Alqura University on the comprehensive Education, both understood and skills, attributable to gender, age, and type of program). There are statistically significant differences (at the level 0.05) between the averages of the respondents' answers about the proficiency level of teachers who are pursuing their higher degree in the College of Education at Umm Alqura University on the comprehensive Education and skills together due to (the type of specialization, type and number of courses).
