The aim of this study is to identify the current situation of STEM Schools in each of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Republic of South Korea, and to try to identify the similarities and differences between the STEM Schools in the two countries of comparison in light of the cultural context, to reach proposed policies for the development of STEM Schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt in light of the experience of the comparative country in this field. This study used the comparative approach. This study also reached the development of proposed policies for the development of STEM Schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and among the most important of these proposed policies are the followings: Establishing the Egyptian Institution for Training STEM Schools teachers, developing motivation among students and increasing their interest and competence towards scientific trends.
