دور قيادات المدارس الثانوية في تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى المعلمات بمنطقة الجوف : دراسة ميدانية
The study aimed to: 1) Identify the reality of school leaders ’practice of methods of enhancing social responsibility from the teachers’ point of view in Al-Jawf region. 2) Determining the obstacles that limit the role of school leaders in promoting social responsibility from the teachers point of view in Al-Jawf region. 3) Identify the statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample individuals about the role of school leaders in promoting social responsibility from the teachers ’point of view in the Al-Jouf region, which varies according to (qualification - years of service). The researcher used the descriptive and analytical method using the social survey method. The study population consisted of secondary school teachers in the city of Sakaka, and their number is (680), of whom (94) are female in private schools, and (586) are teachers in government education. Due to the fact that the study population is large, a random sample of female secondary school teachers in the city of Sakaka was chosen for public and private schools, where the sample size is (264). The researcher used the questionnaire as a study tool. Results: The general arithmetic mean of the responses of the study sample individuals came on the axis of reality of school leaders practice of methods of enhancing social responsibility from the teachers’ point of view in the Al-Jouf region, with an arithmetic average located in the fourth category of the five-tiered scale, which indicates a degree of agreement. The general arithmetic average for the axis of obstacles that limit the role of school leaders in promoting social responsibility came from the viewpoint of teachers in the Al-Jouf region, with an average that falls in the third category of the five-tiered scale, which indicates a neutral degree.
