The current research aimed to develop the cognitive, performance and motivation skills for achievement among pupils of the second-year preparatory stage. To achieve such a goal, the researcher developed a collaborative e-learning environment, which included six educational lessons in computer and information and communication technology. A cognitive achievement test to assess the cognitive skills of designing educational websites, and a final product evaluation checklist for the pupil to assess the performance skills of designing educational websites were also developed, as well as an achievement motivation scale, prepared by (Farouk AbdelFattah Moussa, 1991). For implementing the research experiment, the researcher selects the research sample randomly from the second-grade pupils of the preparatory stage in the Naida Old Preparatory Joint School affiliated to the directorate of Akhmim educational system. The sample consisted of (50) pupils from the second-year preparatory stage, divided into two groups: the first group was the experimental group of (24) pupils who were taught through the collaborative electronic learning environment, and the second group was a control group consisting of (26) pupils who were taught through the usual way. The researcher administered the instruments before and after the treatment. After completion, it was applied afterwards, then the results were processed, analyzed and interpreted. The research concluded: There is a positive effect of the Collaborative learning Environment on the cognitive achievement associated with educational website design skills; and product quality related to educational website design skills and achievement motivation.
