تقويم برنامج الدكتوراه في المناهج وطرق التدريس العامة بكلية التربية جامعة الملك خالد في ضوء آراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس
The current research aims to evaluate the doctoral program in the curriculum and general teaching methods, at King Khalid University through the point of view of faculty members at the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, and then develop a proposed vision to address the shortcomings (if any) of the program. To achieve this, the descriptive approach was used through the research tool (questionnaire), and the sample consisted of (22) faculty members from the Department of Curriculum Instruction at the academic year 1443-2022. The results indicate that the dimension of components of the program ranked at the first place from the point view of the faculty with an average of (3.89), while the dimension of the faculty and management ranked at second place with an average of (3.85). In contrary, the dimension of library, learning sources and infrastructure ranked penultimate with an average of (3.76), while the dimension of teaching and academic supervision was in the last place with an average of (3.60). Accordingly, a proposed vision has been developed to enhance low availability items from the point of view of the faculty members, finally, recommendations were presented. (Published abstract)
