The aim of this study is to examine and identify the reality of government digital transformation in Jazan University according to government digital transformation model (the eighth measurement - 2019 Ad). Using the descriptive methodology utilizing the inferential qualitative analysis of content to analyze a sample of documents (files, models, evidences). The research community consisted of all the documents (files, models, evidences) related to (the eighth measurement -2019 Ad). The sample is represented in several documents available in the department of Performance and quality monitoring in the deanship of E-Learning and information technology in Jazan University. The study analyzed the content of these documents. According to the results of the research, the aggregate level of the achievement reality of Jazan University regarding the stages of digital transformation (the eighth measurement -2019 Ad), is in the stage of "availability of services" according to the overall achievement of throughlines, which is the second stage amongst five stages of digital transformation (construction, availability of services, excellence and improvement, integration, creativity).
