Kindergarten stage is considered one of the most important stages in the individual's life since all the values, habits and behaviors are acquired and rooted in this stage. the child's reservoir is characterized by rapid development as a result of the experiences and situations to which he is exposed in his daily life. The linguistic development is a detrimental factor in the overall development of the child The Measurement aims at measuring the lingual growth for kindergarten children by the teacher according to the following (comprehension, verbal communication, reading readiness and writing readiness) and it was applied to a sample of 180 children (boys and girls) from the kindergarten and the psychometric (steadiness and truth), characteristics have been calculated using the factor analysis of the measurement.
