This study aimed to identify the reality of activating the constitutional articles in the 2014 constitution in reforming pre-university education in Egypt. In Egypt in light of the 2014 constitution, which include: Establishing a clear policy for reforming pre-university education that does not change with the change of persons in the ministry. Providing modern curricula that take into account the different aspects of the individual’s personality, providing continuous training for teachers and periodic evaluation for them to know the extent to which they benefit from these courses, paying attention to scientific research, and contemporary societal problems, providing the financial funds required to practice various educational activities, activating different teaching methods and not relying solely on the method Indoctrination in teaching, instilling the correct values that help students to complete their higher education, and their integration into society.
