The aim of the research is to identify the features of the application of artificial intelligence in higher education in Egypt in the light of the cultural context, by identifying the theoretical foundations of artificial intelligence in education, and the features of the application of artificial intelligence in higher education through its three sectors: education, scientific research, community service, and cultural factors influencing it, and used the descriptive method research in its analytical method to present and analyze studies, research and literature on the features of that application in higher education in Egypt and knowledge of applications and models for the application of artificial intelligence The research found the importance of applying artificial intelligence in Egypt's higher education system, the need to pay attention to the infrastructure of universities in general and the faculties of artificial intelligence in particular within Egypt, the need to spread the culture of digital awareness within educational institutions as well as in the outside community, and the importance of using ARTIFICIAL Intelligence applications in education, which are important in the age of digital transformation as well as under the Pandemic (Covid19), which necessitates the education sector to use digital technology with its institutions.
