This study aimed to know the reality of the development in leader ship skills of adult in the continuous lifelong learning program, also to detect the needs of adult of leader ship skills and to represent a suggestion to develop the of leader ship skills for adult. I used the descriptive method, the questionnaire consisted of 150 persons and the most important results are: The continuous lifelong learning program has a great role in developing the leader ship skills for adults, make the needs of the skills available (the Intellectual, technical and humanity) the study also showed the weakness of the role of continuous lifelong learning programs and spreading of the culture of the continuous lifelong learning some of the leadership skills, giving new skills and showed a weakness in the Intellectual, technical and humanity skills so there was a must to give a suggest to develop the leader ship skills in the continuous lifelong learning programs for adult.
