Research aims to use guideline's story method in chemistry learning to develop moral thinking. Research has two groups (experimental and control), use analytical and semi-experimental approaches were used, and the moral thinking scale tool, this research found that there are statistically significant differences between students of experimental and control groups in favor of students of experimental group, and there are also statistically significant differences between the two applications before and after students of the experimental group in favor of post application. Recommended following: reconsidering content chemistry's books at secondary stage in light of the levels of moral thinking, providing an environment educational that allows students to discuss ethically, express their opinions, assume responsibility, and make ethical decisions in similar life situations, provide teachers with learning evidence for ethical issues related to curricula's chemistry and appropriate to growth characteristics of secondary school students and procedures for teaching them, prepare educational courses for teachers that show importance of stories in raising moral level of learners concerted efforts between teachers and curriculum designers in preparing stories according to educational and scientific standards, recommendations: A proposed conception for developing chemistry curriculum in secondary stage in light of levels of moral thinking, a training program for secondary school teachers, chemistry on methods for developing moral thinking.
