درجة ممارسة معلمات المرحلة الأساسية في الأردن لمهارات طرح الأسئلة الصفية من وجهة نظر المديرين والمشرفين التربويين
The study aimed to reveal the degree to which primary school teachers in Jordan practice the skills of asking classroom questions from the point of view of principals and educational supervisors in the Northwest Badia Education Directorate. Two domains: the domain of question formulation, and the domain of asking questions. The study tool was applied to a sample of (200) school principals and educational supervisors, amounting to (180) principals and principals and (20) educational supervisors, who were chosen intentionally. The study concluded: that the degree of practicing The basic stage teachers in Jordan for the skills of asking classroom questions came to a high degree, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of the responses of the sample members on the scale of practicing the skills of the basic stage teachers in Jordan for the skills of asking classroom questions according to the job variables and years of experience. In light of the results, the study recommended the necessity of maintaining the levels of educational supervisors’ interest in the skills of classroom questions and working to develop the skills of school teachers through holding workshops, seminars and training programs and ensuring coordination for holding workshops and courses in the way of asking questions in a unified format for all students in collective education.
