The study aimed to determine the degree of employment of Arabic language teachers for the lower stage of communicative activities in the Ramtha District Education Directorate. The study used the descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of (115) teachers (males and females). The study tool consisted of four fields: field of listening contains (15) paragraphs, field of speaking contains (15) paragraphs, field of reading comprises (15) paragraphs, and field writing comprises (15) paragraphs. The study findings revealed that the degree of employment of Arabic language teachers in the lower basic stage of communicative activities was medium for the skills as a whole and that there are statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) due to the academic qualification for each isolate from the interest of the first university, and statistically significant differences exist (α = 0.05) in favor of gender and females. And there were no statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) due to the effect of experience in all fields and the total score. In light of the results, the study recommended a number of relevant recommendations Inviting Arabic language teachers to employ communicative activities in teaching Arabic. (Author’s abstract)
