The study aimed to identify the perceptions of Arabic language teachers of the effectiveness of their performance from their point of view, and the study followed the descriptive survey method, and the study sample was selected from Arabic language teachers and female teachers, as their number reached (92) male and female teachers, by (55) teachers, and (37) female teachers. And the study tool was prepared, which is a questionnaire about the perceptions of Arabic language teachers of the effectiveness of their performance from their point of view. The study reached several results, including: that the perceptions of Arabic language teachers of the effectiveness of their performance came to a medium degree, and the results showed that there are statistically significant differences for the effect of the educational qualification variable on the perceptions in favor of graduate degree holders, while there were no significant differences attributed to the effect of the gender variable, and experience in Teachers' perceptions of the effectiveness of their performance. In light of these results, the study recommended a set of relevant recommendations, including holding training courses for Arabic language teachers to educate them about their perceptions of the effectiveness of their performance and their possession of the characteristics of an effective Arabic language teacher, and his performance and cognitive skills, and the inclusion of the Arabic language teacher’s guide to introduce teachers to effective performance.
