The study aimed to identify degree academic and administrative leaders at university of Jordan practice network leadership and its relationship to knowledge sharing among employees, using the descriptive analytical approach, and the study community consisted of all (4110) academics and administrative. The study sample was chosen in a simple random way of (372) academics and administrators, and the study tool was designed in the form of a questionnaire consisting of (66) items, distributed into three parts (The study variables, network leadership, and knowledge sharing) have been extracted for validity and reliability indications. The results of the study showed that the degree of academic and administrative leaders at university of Jordan practice network leadership at the University of Jordan came with a high overall score, and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of network leadership practice due to the effect of experience and came in favor of experience less than 5, and to the effect of academic rank and in favor of the rank of professor, and there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages according to the gender variable, and the job title and the type of college. And the results of the study also showed that the level of knowledge sharing of academic and administrative leaders at the University of Jordan came to a high, and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the level of knowledge sharing due to the variable of experience, in favor of experience less than 5 years, and the variable of academic rank and in favor of the rank of professor. Gender, job title, and type of college. The results also showed a strong positive correlation between network leadership and knowledge sharing. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended providing the requirements for the application of network leadership from material and technical resources and providing the requirements for knowledge sharing among employees.
