تصور مقترح لتحقيق الابتكار المؤسسي في الجامعات السعودية في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030
Institutional innovation has become an inevitable requirement for Saudi universities to achieve excellence in their institutional performance to meet the trends of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and its aspirations to enable Saudi universities to achieve advanced positions in the International Universities’ Ranks. This study aimed to introduce a proposed conception for developing the institutional innovation in Saudi universities in the light of the Kingdom’s vision 2030. A descriptive analytical methodology was used to extrapolate the concept of institutional innovation, its importance, and analyze its real context in Saudi universities through reviewing the related literature, findings of previous studies, and trends of the Kingdom’s vision 2030 in the institutional innovation. The findings showed that the real context of the institutional innovation in Saudi universities was still below the required level in all fields associated with some obstacles and challenges encountered universities when applying the institutional innovation. Finally, the study introduced a proposed conception for developing the institutional innovation in Saudi universities in the light of the Kingdom's vision 2030, and recommended making use and then applying this proposed conception.
