العوامل المؤثرة على إدارة استمرارية الأعمال بالمدرسة الثانوية العامة في جمهورية مصر العربية : دراسة تحليلية

Environmental disturbances and their effects on educational organizations, including the public secondary school, have led these organizations to seek to the use of approaches that help in maintaining their operations and ensuring their flexibility such as business continuity management, which became a very important issue due to the competitive pressure on organizations to recover business functions after danger. In the context of the current research, business continuity management is defined as “a comprehensive managerial process, that aims to help educational organizations to deal effectively with work disturbances resulting from internal weaknesses and external threats, by developing the capabilities of those organizations to deal with events that hinder their work, which helps them to provide their services, protect their reputation and retain their stakeholder”. The aim of the current research is to reach suggested mechanisms to activate the factors affecting business continuity management in the public secondary school in Arab Republic of Egypt. The research was limited to a number of factors affecting business continuity management, namely: proactive leadership, organizational preparedness, and top management support. The research relied on the descriptive method, which helps to reach the proposed mechanisms. (Published abstract)
