The results of the study showed that the degree of availability of the organizational climate in kindergarten came with a high overall score for all fields. Where the field of organization and management came first, followed by the field of labor relations, then the field of participation in the decision-making, and the last rank is work environment. The professional problems facing kindergarten teachers in Jordan came with a medium overall degree and for all fields. Where the field of problems related to children and parents came in the first place. Next is the curriculum problem area, and the last rank is the field of problems related to teachers. The results also showed the existence of a small, negative, and statistically significant correlation between the domains of the organizational climate collectively and the professional problems collectively. The results also showed the existence of a negative correlation between the domains of the organizational climate collectively and the domain of problems related to the curricula alone. The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the average answers of the study sample members. This is due to the variables of kindergarten type, academic qualification, experience and directorate related to the availability degree of the organizational climate, and the presence of statistically significant differences related to the degree and occupational problems attributed to the variable of experience in favor of the experience of more than 10 years. While others attributed to the directorate variable are in favor of the Directorate of Education for the North Eastern Badia. The study recommended holding educational courses for kindergarten parents so that the family would be a partner in the educational process, as well as reconsidering the construction of the curriculum for kindergarten by the Ministry of Education.
