تطوير إدارة الإجتماعات المدرسية بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بجنوب سيناء في ضوء مدخل إدارة المعرفة
The current research aims to develop a proposed vision for the development of meeting management in the general secondary schools in South Sinai concerning the concept of knowledge management entrance. The research sample consisted of 227 teachers from the total number of secondary school teachers in South Sinai Governorate at an average up to 80% of the original community. The research used the descriptive approach and relied on a questionnaire consisting of 45 phrases that were categorized into 4 axes, namely: awareness and commitment, planning and implementation, knowledge dissemination and spread, communication and support of information technology systems. The researches lead to several results, the most important of which are: 1) school administrators' performance is average during school meeting. 2) There are some passive attitudes for some managers, including sticking to the administrative routine, regulations, and relying on personal impressions. 3) 11% of the sample according to the awareness and commitment axis lies in the high level. 4) 59% of the sample according to the axis of planning and implementation lies at the intermediate level. The researcher has put suggested recommendations concerning of the previous results, the most important of which is the necessity of conducting more research to maximize the benefit from school meetings as well as developing methods for selecting managers to develop their performance later.
