The current study aimed to identify the extent to which social and national education books for the basic intermediate stage in jordan include the concepts of children’s rights. Which consisted of a content analysis card that included four areas: concepts related to the social rights of the child, concepts related to the political rights of the child, concepts related to the economic rights of the child, concepts related to the cognitive rights of the child, and the validity and reliability of the tool were verified. The results of this study showed that the total the frequencies of the fields combined amounted to (214), and the field of concepts related to the social rights of the child ranked first with the highest frequency, reaching (83), and with a percentage of (0.39), and in the second place came the field of concepts related to the cognitive rights of the child, with a total of its frequencies. 55), with a percentage (0.26), and in the third place came the field of concepts related to the political rights of the child, with the sum of its frequencies was (49), and with a percentage (0.23), and in the fourth place came the field of concepts related to the economic rights of the child, where the total of its frequencies reached (27), and with a percentage (0.12). The results also indicated that the social and national education books for the seventh grade. The first degree was obtained with a total number of repetitions of (70), while the social and national education books for the fifth grade of basic education obtained the second degree with a total number of repetitions amounted to (67), and the social and national education books for the sixth grade of basic education obtained the third degree with a total number of repetitions of (45), and in the last and fourth degree, the social and national education books for the fourth grade came with a total frequency of (32), and in light of these results, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations and proposals, including the need to increase the inclusion of concepts related to the rights of the child in social and national education books for the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh grades, specifically those with low inclusion rates.
