The study aimed to identify the degree of participation of physical education teachers and school administrations in achieving school discipline from the point of view of the principals of Mafraq Governorate schools and revealing the significance of the differences between the average estimates of managers according to the variables (gender, years of experience, educational qualification, and educational stage). The study sample consisted of (185) male and female admisintratives, and the descriptive survey method was used. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire that consisted of two parts; the first part of it included some demographic variables, and the second part of it included (40) paragraphs, and the validity and reliability of the tool were verified. The results show that he degree of participation of physical education teachers and school administrations in achieving school discipline came to a medium degree and showed that there were statistically significant differences due to the effect of (Gender) variable in all fields and indicated that there were no statistically significant differences due to the effect of years of experience, academic qualification and educational stage in all fields as well. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: 1) Carrying out other similar research in other regions of the Kingdom. 2) Empowering school principals and providing them with tools that help them involve physical education teachers in the decision-making process. 3) The need to pay attention to physical education teachers and empower them and exploit their skills and experiences. 4) Holding courses and workshops targeting both school administratives and physical education teachers to build a bridge of communication and harmony between them and to make them aware of their integral role in the process of achieving school discipline.
