The study aimed to identify the degree of fulfillment of educational training quality requirements in the directorates of education in Mafraq governorate. This study followed the survey descriptive method. To achieve the aims of the study, the sample consisted of (566) employees in the directorates of education who were randomly selected. A questionnaire consisting of two aspects (training requirements, quality requirements) was used. It contains (53) items, and its validity and reliability were verified. The study results revealed the following: the degree of achievement of the requirements of the quality of educational training elements in the directorates of education in Mafraq governorate was moderate. On the other hand, there are statistically significant differences in the degree of achieving the requirements of the quality of the elements of educational training in the directorates of education in Mafraq governorate, due to the effect of the gender variable and in favor of females. Also, there are statistically significant differences for the educational qualification variable in favor of the bachelor's degree, and there are statistically significant differences for the job title variable in favor of the manager assistant. There were statistically significant differences for the variable of years of experience in favor of 1-5 years, and statistically significant differences for the variable of the number of training courses in favor of more than 3 training courses. The results also indicated that the degree of achievement of educational training quality requirements (approval of educational training programs and approval of the training center) in the directorates of education in Mafraq governorate from the point of view of its employees was average. And that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of achievement of educational training quality requirements (the approval of educational training programs, and the approval of a training center) due to the effect of the gender variable and in favor of females. Also, there were statistically significant differences for the educational qualification variable in favor of the bachelor's degree beside the statistically significant differences for the job title variable in favor both manager assistant and teacher. While on the other hand there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the variable (experience, number of training courses). In light of these results, a number of recommendations were proposed, including publishing awareness leaflets about the importance of educational training for all training elements, and conducting training courses on total quality management in terms of its concept، standards, and other related aspects.
