The current study aimed to identify the degree to which the basic stage teachers practice the skills of the twenty-first century from their point of view in the Ramtha education directorate. The teachers of the first three grades, and the sample size (111) teachers, and the questionnaire data was analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) program, Ramtha directorate of education was high, in addition to the absence of statistical significant differences (a = 0.05) due to the effect of educational qualification in all field and degree, and the total degree, except for the field of possession of life skills, and the differences came in favor of the bachelor, and there were statically significant differences(a = 0.05) due to the effect of experience in all field and the total degree, and the differences came in favor of (10) years or more, and in light of the results of the study, the study recommended a number of recommendations, including: Holding training courses to develop the performance of some teachers in order to acquire some of the skills of the twenty-first century. Preparing an organized plan to spread the culture of twenty-first century skills in schools in general and primary schools in particular. Encouraging teachers, especially primary school teachers, to employ twenty-first century skills in the learning and teaching process. Providing government support to schools in order to improve school infrastructure and to provide teachers with skills courses Twenty-first century skills. (Author’s abstract)
