The study aimed at exploring The Effectiveness of the Cognitive/ Behavioral Program to reduce Diagnostic Truma among a sample of Diabetic University Students. The study sample consists of (20) participants from Diabetic who suffer from Diagnostic Truma disorder were chosen deliberately. The researcher prepared scale of Diagnostic Truma to identify the degree of concern among members of the sample; the researcher prepared a program of cognitive behavioral therapy to relieve the symptoms of Diagnostic Truma among participant of the sample. The researcher has used the quasi experimental (design one), which includes a sample of one experimental and the application program without resorting to the presence of a control group, and then the program, applied on the sample (patients with Diagnostic Truma who have been selected.) The program includes 20 therapeutic sessions by three sessions each week and took the program for seven weeks. The statistical analysis of data indicates the following results: 1) There are statistically significant differences at level (α = 0. 05) between the average scores of the sample of the study on the Diagnostic Truma scale before and after the implementation of the guidance program referred to the Cognitive/ Behavioral Program. 2) No statistically significant differences were found at level (α = 0. 05) between the average scores of the sample of the study on the Diagnostic Truma scale at the follow – up and distance measures referred to the Cognitive/ Behavioral Program.
