This research aimed mainly to verify the availability of digital management components in Saudi government universities and the impact on the development of leadership skills of university leaders, as recognized by the academic leaders in their faculties (deans/ agents/ heads of scientific departments) and the research community consists of all leaders at King Khalid University - as a case study - for Saudi government universities. The data was collected through the questionnaire, and the percentage of responses reached 80%. The reliability and validity of the list was also tested through the Cronbach Alpha coefficient, and finally the research hypotheses were tested through a range of statistical methods, most notably Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis for two variables, and ANOVA analysis. The results of the research showed the availability of the elements of the application of digital management to a medium degree, and that the degree of practice of creative leadership skills was moderate, and that "there is a statistically significant moral relationship between the availability of the components of digital management and the development of creative leadership skills." Digital administration on developing the creative leadership skills of academic leaders at King Khalid University. The study presented a set of recommendations. (Published abstract)
